Miriam Valadès

Miriam Valadès and her family have lived in Coronado for some time now and have been active supporters within the community. She joined the Board in 2015 and her daughters attend Coronado Unified. She and her husband Francisco both were actively involved at Sacred Heart while their children were enrolled there and appreciate the excellent education her children are receiving in our local public schools.

Miriam was born and raised in Mexico City, graduated from Ibero Americana (UIA) and while residing in Los Angeles, completed two certificates in International Business at UCLA.  She is actively involved with an orphanage in Tijuana, where she also sits on their board of directors.  During her involvement, the support for the children has grown to three resident houses. Miriam enjoys tennis and travel and everything Coronado and San Diego have to offer!
